2011 Exhibitor/Sponsor Rules
1. Online registration will begin June 13, 2011 and payment must be made at time of registration through PayPal.
2. Mail-in registration will begin June 13, 2011 and payment must be included with registration form. Check/Money Order are accepted.
3. Invoices will be sent out within 10-14 business days of completed registration. Invoices will not be sent prior to payment received.
4. The registration deadline is October 1, 2011. Please contact the Expo Chair Coordinator if your company wishes to participate and the deadline has passed. It is possible to have "day of" registrations but limitations will be in effect.
5. The Expo Committee will do its best to arrange exhibitor locations appropriately, but sometimes it is impossible to not place an exhibitor next to a rival exhibitor. You will be assigned a space and all booth assignments are final. If you have a location preference, please let us know as soon as possible and before October 1, 2011.
6. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing 45 days prior to the start of the Expo, October 4, 2011. Any registration completed after the date of October 1, 2011 are not eligible for a refund. This includes reservation pricing on Exhibitor PLUS Sponsorship, SOLO Sponsorship, and SOLO Exhibitor.
7. By completing the registration process and purchasing a Exhibitor space and/or Sponsorship, the Exhibitor/Sponsor acknowledges complete understanding and full acceptance of these Exhibitor/Sponsor Rules.
